For the ninth consecutive year, Smoobu has been recognized as an Airbnb Preferred Software Partner, and this recognition means as much to us now as it did back in 2018.

Airbnb's Preferred Software Partners program identifies a curated group of connectivity partners that consistently meet its rigorous technical, performance, and quality benchmarks. Inclusion isn't automatic, it reflects sustained investment in reliability, integration quality, and the host experience year after year.

For our team, the real value of this status lies in what it unlocks for hosts: closer collaboration with Airbnb's API team, earlier visibility into new platform features, and a direct line into shaping how the integration evolves. In practice, that means fewer surprises, faster updates, and a more stable connection between Smoobu and Airbnb, which ultimately benefits every host on our platform.

We don't take continuity for granted. Maintaining this status takes ongoing work but keeps us aligned with our goal: building tools that help hosts run better businesses.

What the program is about

The Preferred Software Partner Program exists to highlight software providers that go beyond baseline connectivity, those that actively contribute to helping hosts deliver better guest experiences and manage their properties more efficiently.

It also gives hosts a reliable starting point when evaluating software. Rather than navigating an overwhelming list of options, they can look to the program as a signal of quality and trustworthiness.
