The provider processes usage data (e.g., duration and time of calls, conversation histories), content data (e.g., customer inquiries, caller data), and meta-/communication data (e.g., device information, IP addresses) within and outside the EU.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing our customers with efficient and secure customer service and assisting them as best as possible with their inquiries.

8. Payment provider

PayPal

9. Data processing procedures

We process the client’s data for the following processes:

  1. Registration and account administration. We use the data to enable the client and the processor to register and administer the software.
  2. During the test phase we send help or reminders. Generally, we also send information about new events in your booking calendar by email or SMS.
  3. We use the information to provide you with customer service.
  4. We use the information to send you marketing material, to send the newsletter or to inform you about new products.
  5. Some products allow you to communicate with your guests. The processor generally has access to these communications. We store all these communications.
  6. Guest data is used to send automated messages when enabled by the client. We never share client data with third parties unless they are specified as subcontractors.
  7. Guest data is stored in the client database to ensure the smooth flow of booking, communication and payment transactions between the client and its customers.
  8. Booking periods, guest data and booking details are passed on to subcontractors for further processing, e.g. for the creation of registration forms.
