Authorised subcontracting relationships
A list of sub-processors that process personal data is set out below and will be updated from time to time. The Client hereby confirms consent to the sub-processors in place at the conclusion of the Contract.
Data Transfers For any subprocessor headquartered in or processing data in the United States, reliance is placed on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Where a subprocessor is not DPF-certified or data is transferred to other non-adequate third countries, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply as the legal fallback mechanism.
