Messages feature on App

We are thrilled to roll out a brand-new native message feature for Android and iOS  users. 

This update is all about speed and precision:

• Native message list: Easily navigate your communications with new date ranges and filters.
• Read / Unread status: Keep track of which guests still need a reply.
• Improved detail view: Enjoy better performance and a cleaner look when chatting with guests.

Login in the App via FaceID

We’re excited to announce that Face ID authentication is now available on our iOS app.

With this update, iOS users can log in quickly and securely using facial recognition no need to enter a password each time. It’s designed to make daily workflows smoother while keeping accounts protected.

We’ve made several improvements to enhance your workflow and performance.

A Faster, Smarter Messages Experience

We’ve completely overhauled the Messages page to make managing your guest communication faster and more intuitive, especially for high-volume accounts. 

Here is what’s new:

• Total Control: Easily mark individual messages as read or unread to track conversations that need follow-up.
• Bulk actions:  mark messages as read/unread or delete them in one click. 
• Advanced Filtering: Find exactly what you need with new filters for booking channels, labels, and read status. 
• Visual Clarity: Identify conversations clearer with color-coded bubbles for hosts and guests
• Booking details in a glance: Access specific booking details quickly via a handy dropdown at the top of every conversation.
