Once connected, you can automatically request and process security deposits, balance payments, and even tourist taxes directly from your Smoobu account. Guests will be charged for deposits without having their bank card limits blocked or debited, ensuring a smooth transaction. The integration also allows you to manage any disputes and provides a payment guarantee, reducing your administrative workload and enhancing the guest experience.
The commission for securing deposits is 1.99% + €0.25 (excluding tax) of the secured amount. In case of damage, an additional commission of 3.4% + €0.25 (excluding tax) will be applied to the amount collected.
