The migration of future reservations will be handled automatically once the connections with the booking platforms are made within Smoobu. Whether via API or iCal (depending on the channel), we can guide you through the process to ensure everything is synchronized correctly.
Every booking portal can’t be connected to more than one PMS. You would have to disconnect your old PMS and redo the portal connection within Smoobu to import your existing bookings and receive new ones.
Switching to Smoobu won't affect your existing or future bookings if the channel connection is completed correctly and the direct bookings and blocked periods are entered into Smoobu. Our team and guides will assist you in switching everything properly.
You can go live as soon as you disconnect your previous PMS from your channels and connect to Smoobu. This can be done within a few hours.
