With the Smoobu and Vikey integration, guests can access your property safely and independently, even when you're not there. On the day and time of check-in, they use their smartphone and a unique access code to open the gate and door—plus, you can always open remotely with one click. Installation requires no condominium permissions, as all devices are installed inside the property.
Each booking gets a unique access link and code, with multiple opening methods available: link, code, and RFID card—compatible with all types of doors. The process is completely streamlined: guests receive a link to complete online check-in by entering their ID details when booking. This allows hosts to automate guest registration, eliminate paperwork, and simplify operations.
Self-check-in costs €19.90 per month, and online check-in and bureaucracy management cost €4.90 per month.
Vikey is available in the following territories: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
To install Vikey, order the devices through your Vikey account. Once received, follow the straightforward installation process that requires no condominium permissions, as all devices are installed inside your property. With basic tools, you can easily install the devices or opt for professional installation if needed. After installation, connect the devices to your Wi-Fi and pair them with your Vikey account to enable remote control and automation.
Finally, integrate Vikey with your Smoobu account via the Marketplace to automate guest access based on bookings, making the check-in process seamless for you and your guests.
