You will …

  • support our English speaking clients in setting up the software
  • Answer customer requests on the phone and offer support via chat, and email
  • build relationships with our customers, while applying technical knowledge to real-life scenarios

 

You …

  • speak native English and understand the US market (Other languages a plus, but not required)
  • proven have a proven track record of customer service, including escalation
  • genuinely wish to assist people, whilst demonstrating fantastic time-management skills
  • have an outgoing and communicative personality
  • are willing to work during later shifts to adapt to US market time zones
  • are an exceptional communicator in spoken and written form
  • have a goal-oriented mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
