Have questions?

  • Smoobu's invoicing feature allows you to generate customized invoices with just a few clicks, streamlining your payment processing and helping you meet accounting requirements.

  • Our Smoobu Pro plans enable hosts to create personalized invoices using the invoicing feature. Smoobu's Professional Prepaid plan starts at just €28 for one property. This plan includes the invoicing feature.

  • Invoicing generally refers to issuing bills as paper documents or static PDFs that a recipient must read and manually enter into their accounting system. In contrast, e-invoicing utilizes a structured, machine-readable file (such as XML or UBL) that is transmitted directly from one financial system to another, enabling automatic validation, real-time tax reporting, and faster, error-free processing.

  • E-invoicing is essential for vacation rentals because it helps meet tax requirements, streamlines payments, minimizes errors, and saves time. It also helps property managers and hosts stay organized and look more professional, especially when handling multiple bookings.

  • Smoobu’s e-invoicing feature costs €5.90 per account per month. You can also choose a longer plan: €70.80 per year or €141.60 for two years.

  • All Smoobu Pro users are eligible for a one-time 7-day free trial, regardless of whether they have one property or multiple.

  • At the end of the 7-day free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription. You will receive an email reminding you that your trial is ending and that you will be charged soon.
