This has been an excellent channel manager for my STR business! I have never had an issue with the app, its easy to access all of my booking information and to make changes. We have 6 listings and this made juggling all the different platforms immensely easier. Easy to set up, synced all my calendars & pricing, message guests, and gave me a lot of peace of mind about double bookings or missed communication. Anytime I needed assistance my messages were responded to by a team member lightning fast!! I am really happy with the value I've received from utilizing Smoobu compared to the other channel managers I demoed. Their prices didn't compare for similar offerings.

Recently this app keeps crashing. I cannot rely on it and have to reinstall it every few days in order to run my business from my phone. It stinks.

After a particular update (a couple of days ago?) I’m forced to re-login often. So, 2 things are especially annoying, I have to re-login every couple of hours. But on top of that Smoobu introduced these terrible Google pictures to prove I'm not a robot. So, please Smoobu, fix the re-login issue and remove those terrible pictures. I have a OnePlus Nord (AC2003) with Android 12, I don't have the issues(s) with other apps and I tried out several settings on my phone, all to no avail.
